Here Are Some Steps You Can Take At Home…

  • Hand wash or touch-less wash only! (Avoid drive through car washes, and give your vehicle a good bath monthly!)

  • Use gentle, PH-neutral soap

  • Drying water is still important. Water spots can still occur if not.

  • Every 6 months vehicle needs to be iron deconned to unclog the pores of the coating.

Our Step-By-Step Process For Ceramic Maintenance Washes

STEP 1: Pre-Wash & Inspection-

  • We begin with a thorough inspection of your vehicle’s surface to identify any specific areas needing attention.

  • A gentle pre-wash is applied to loosen surface dirt and contaminants.

STEP 2: Foam Wash-

  • A pH-neutral, ceramic-safe foam wash is used to carefully cleanse the vehicle, ensuring no harm to the ceramic coating.

STEP 3: Detailed Hand Wash-

  • Skilled technicians hand wash your vehicle, paying close attention to detail and ensuring all surfaces are meticulously cleaned.

  • Full wheel decontamination/cleaning.

STEP 4: Decontamination-

  • We remove any bonded contaminants (like tar or tree sap) that regular washing can’t address, ensuring a smooth surface.

  • When needed, we wash with an iron + fallout remover. This ensures that the pores of the ceramic remain unclogged and preform at their highest level.

STEP 5: Rinse & Dry-

  • The vehicle is thoroughly rinsed with clean water and then dried with ultra-soft microfiber towels to prevent any scratches.

  • Wipe down door jambs, backsides of doors, and dash, & trim panels

  • Exterior glass cleaning

STEP 6: Final Inspection & Coating Booster Application-

  • A final inspection is conducted to ensure perfection.

  • Gtechniq’s C2v3 Paint Sealant (a ceramic coating booster) is applied to enhance the hydrophobic properties and add an extra layer of shine and protection.
